DEM looks after every aspect of your fire protection design, installation and maintenance – including fast-turnaround Complying Development Certificate (CDC) requirements and Annual Fire Safety Statements. And all client reports are completed by our on-staff accredited fire protection experts. We never outsource because we have the best people right here. Our staff members are industry leaders – with decades of experience and industry knowledge.
As part of DEM’s all-round service, we undertake and submit all compliance requirements, including the initial Fire Safety Certification, and follow up Annual Fire Safety Statements.
Annual Fire Safety Statements must be submitted to your local council every 12 months.
We use our in-house team to conduct the inspections, assess safety measures and confirm that all systems and equipment are operating effectively to the relevant standards. We compile a comprehensive report and submit to client or council as required.
DEM began as a family business over two decades ago.
And we now have an exceptional team of over 80 that includes fire system designers and technicians, electricians, fire extinguisher testers, fire sprinkler fitters and plumbers.
All of our assessors are Certified Fire Safety Practitioners (CFSP). We’ve built a team with exceptional skills and insider knowledge so we can take care of every aspect of your fire protection for supreme quality and customer safety.
At DEM Fire, we regularly update staff skills to ensure our team has leading capability across all aspects of fire prevention. Last year, team members gained accreditation under the Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme (FPAS), and our Testing and Inspection team is now working through a number of FPAS accredited courses to deliver first-class fire protection for every customer.
